The Court has set a Claims Bar Date of August 1, 2014 for all claims to be filed in this case.  To be timely filed the Proof of Claim must be filed with the Bankruptcy Clerk's Office by that date. 
 
Proof of Claims can be hand delivered or mailed to the Bankruptcy Clerk's Office at: Robert C. Byrd Federal Courthouse, 300 Virginia Street, East, Room 3200, Charleston, West Virginia, 25301.  Proof of Claims that are hand delivered or mailed must be received by the Bankruptcy Clerk's Office by 5:00 o'clock p.m. on August 1, 2014.  A a pdf. fillable Proof of Claim form can be accessed online,  Click Here. 
 
Proof of Claims can also be filed electronically through the Court's website.  Electronically filed Proof of Claims must be filed by midnight (Eastern Standard Time) on August 1, 2014.  To File a Proof of Claim Electronically Click Here.  If a claimant is represented by an attorney who is able to file electronically (an E-Filer), the claim may be filed using the CM/ECF system.
