Effective October 18, 2012, a creditor will be able to file a proof of claim via a new hyperlink on our website (located under the 'Case Info' menu), without the necessity of having a CM/ECF user account.  A claim filed in this manner will appear on the claims register of the case in which it is filed.  For inquiries, please call the Clerk's Office at (304) 347-3003.
