On 12/3/12, the District Court for the Southern District of West Virginia entered an Order Approving and Adopting Revised Local Bankruptcy Rules. A copy of the Order and the new Local Bankruptcy Rules can be found under the link to Local Rules & General Orders.  The Local Rules are effective on January 2, 2013.
