Report by Federal Judiciary Workplace Conduct Working Group Released

The Federal Judiciary Workplace Conduct Working Group recently presented a report to the U.S. Judicial Conference concerning workplace conduct.  The report recommended significant changes in the Judiciary that are designed to promote “a culture of mutual understanding and respect, through improvements to its standards of conduct, its procedures for addressing inappropriate behavior, and its educational and training programs for judges, supervisors, and employees.”  A copy of the Report and of the Executive Summary of the Report are available for review.
