Recordings of court proceedings held after July 16, 2008 are available in electronic media through the Clerk's Office. Requests for transcripts may be made on a form substantially in compliance with the Court's form (Request for Media Recording of Hearing/Trial) and must be accompanied by the applicable fee. Names of qualified transcribers capable of transcribing from the electronic media can be obtained from the Clerk's Office or accessed on the Court's website at www.wvsb.uscourts.gov/transcriber.pdf.
