Proposed Amendments to Bankruptcy Rules for Public Comment by 10/3/2016
 
The Judicial Conference Advisory Committee on Bankruptcy Rules has proposed amendments to Bankruptcy Rule 3015 and adoption of a new Bankruptcy Rule 3015.1.  The proposed rules and explanatory materials are available at www.uscourts.gov/rules-policies/. The public comment period ends October 3, 2016.
