The Bankruptcy Clerk’s office is seeking to fill the position of Budget and Procurement Administrator. Completed AO 78 Applications, cover letters, and resumes must be received by 5:30 p.m. on April 9, 2021 and can be submitted by email to WVSB_HR@wvsb.uscourts.gov or by mail to Attn: Bankruptcy Human Resources, U.S. Bankruptcy Court Clerk’s Office, Room 3200, 300 Virginia Street, East, Charleston, WV 25301. Click here and complete the application for employment. 

IMPORTANT: In order for the AO78 (application for employment) form to be saved and received via e-mail with the fields populated, you MUST follow these steps: 1) complete the application; 2) "print" (as opposed to save) and choose ADOBE PDF in the printer selection option; 3) save PDF after completing step 2.
