Attention: The Bankruptcy Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of West Virginia will release revised web sites on May 31, 2012. The Courts followed a national template that was developed to help standardize federal court sites across the country. The Northern and Southern Districts collaborated during this revision to provide consistency of headings and location of information on the two web sites in an effort to improve the ease of access and use to the public and bar, many of whom regularly access both web sites.
