About Our CARE Program
The CARE program in the United States Bankruptcy Courts for the Northern and Southern District of West Virginia, with the sponsorship of the Bankruptcy Bar Committee of the WV State Bar Association and the WV State Bar Association, has been instituted under the direction of:

| This program is aimed at high school seniors and college students. The goal of the CARE Program is to train young men and women to intelligently manage their credit cards and credit-card debt and to keep them from ever seeing the inside of a bankruptcy court. |
