The Court has nullified and rescinded General Order 08-06 and LBR 3011-1, replacing the same with General Order 23-06 and its attachments.

The most notable changes are as follows:

1.  The removal of a required motion to Apply for Unclaimed Funds
2. The additional security requirement of notary verification of identification of the applicant
3. That corporations MUST be represented by counsel
4. Updated court required Application Forms and Proposed Orders
