The order was entered to further the efforts to guard public health and safety. Please read the order which affects bankruptcy hearings held on or after March 18, 2020, and can be viewed by clicking here. Effective that date, pending further order of the Court, in-person appearances at bankruptcy hearings will not be permitted. Hearings will be held telephonically.
