ADDITIONAL CLERK’S NOTICES OF MISSING DOCUMENTS

Please be advised that the Court will begin issuing an additional Notice of Missing Documents, as a courtesy, to serve as a reminder of the deadline contained in 11 U.S.C. § 521(i).  This supplement to the notices historically disseminated by the Court will be issued on or around the 30th day following the filing of a case if the required documents have not been filed.  This additional notice is intended to serve as a reminder of the existing 45-day deadline contained in 11 U.S.C. § 521(i), which mandates automatic and immediate dismissal of a case without notice or a hearing if the documents are not filed.
