Registration and Login Information

You must be registered to e-file with this Court. Attorneys can register to file any pleading and Creditors may register to file claims.   

Need a CM/ECF NextGen Login Account? 

If you are an Attorney or Creditor Representative, you can register for a CM/ECF NextGen Login account by visiting the PACER Service Center Registration.

 

The requirements to obtain a a login and password for the CM/ECF system for the Southern District of West Virgnia for each type of electronic filer are outlined below:

  • Be admitted to the Southern District of West Virginia and currently in good standing in this Court; and
